Located between Spain and the Atlantic Ocean, it's not surprising that Portugal has a lot of seafood and beautiful beaches. Portugal is blessed with stunning sandy beaches, rugged coastline, medieval fairy-tale style castles, cosmopolitan and architecturally cities, notably Lisbon and Porto. Fado music, cozido a Portuguesa (stew), codfish, sardines and the very tasty Manteigaria. And of course! the Fado! generally known for how expressive in nature it is, as well as being profoundly melancholic.
